On April 2nd, Calloway County saw one of the most dangerous tornado threats it had seen in a while in terms of population proximity and potential damage. The EF-1 tornado lifted just before hitting Murray. 

Local storm chaser Dylan Phillips traveled around far western Kentucky and northwest Tennessee that evening, hoping to see a funnel cloud. After all that chasing, he found action right in his own backyard, and using his phone, took a quick video to post online.
